"'Hot' Chocolate" is the third episode of Season 2 of Kids Baking Championship and the 7th overall. It first took place on January 18th, 2016.[1][2]

Plot[]

Description[]

Valerie Bertinelli and Duff Goldman turn up the heat and ask the remaining eight bakers to incorporate chilies, peppers, cayenne and more into their chocolate creations. The kid bakers must balance the heat in their sweets, so that they showcase the flavor without overwhelming the judges' taste buds.[3]

Summary[]

The bakers are given the challenge of creating any chocolate intensive dessert, but a twist shows up requiring that they use chilies, hot spices and hot sauce in their dessert.

Full Plot[]

Peggy made chocolate cayenne brownies with a raspberry coulis and sriracha ice cream. Colby made a chocolate cayenne cake with a vanilla buttercream frosting and a chocolate cayenne ganache.
