Plot

Description

There's a very special event happening for the Kids Baking Championship finale -- a 10th birthday celebration for Food Network Magazine! It's every baker for themselves as Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli challenge the three finalists to create a Food Network Magazine birthday cake worthy of the $25,000 prize and the title of Kids Baking Champion.

Summary

The bakers had to make cakes for Food Network Magazine's 10th birthday. The twist was they had to make a topper with the number 10 in honor of the magazine turning 10.

Full Plot

Linsey made a chocolate cake with coconut cream and raspberry buttercream; Abby made a vanilla bean cake with lime, strawberry, and vanilla buttercream; Alex made a pumpkin spice cake with spice pastry cream and orange cream cheese frosting. Linsey's chocolate cake impressed the judges the most, so she got the $25,000 and was named the Kids Baking Champion.
