"Eclairs Gone Wild" is the second episode of Season 2 of Kids Baking Championship and the 6th overall. It first took place on January 11th, 2016.[1][2]

Plot[]

Description[]

Time to hop on the "Eclairis Wheel" as the nine remaining kid bakers take on a sweeping new trend in baking: the radically elevated and decorated eclair. This cream-filled challenge will test the young bakers to the max![3]

Summary[]

The bakers are given the task of making 12 eclairs that have "gone wild" with color and flavor. A twist arrives with the bakers making 4 cream puffs in the shape of their favorite animal.

Full Plot[]

Rebecca made caramel bacon eclairs. For the twist, she made mouse cream puffs filled with a lime and a raspberry pastry cream. Ryan made cookie butter eclairs. For the twist, he made snail cream puffs filled with the same Eclair pastry cream.
