Biography[]
Natalie was born on September 19, 2004 in Westlake Vilage, California. She started learning how to bake and cook at the age of 3. She learned to bake from her mother Sophie, and also through reading books and watching videos on YouTube. Natalie mentioned in the episode "Dessert Imposters" that cupcakes were her specialty, and she ended up winning that challenge. Natalie raised money for a cancer foundation by making and selling dozens of cupcakes, and she also made cupcakes for a wedding of one of her family's friends. In the episode "Bake Sale" she mentioned that in her free time, besides baking, she does aerial acrobatics. She also mentioned in the episode "Stuffed Puffs" that she hates working with pâte à choux. However, her cream puffs were good enough to qualify her for the finale, where she tied with Jackson for the 3rd.[2]
