Season 12 of Kids Baking Championship premiered on January 1st, 2024[1], and ended on February 26th, 2024. This season consisted of 12 bakers and 10 episodes.[2]
Synopsis[]
Kids Baking Championship is back for another season to bring in the New Year! This season consists of 12 bakers ages 9-13 competing for the grand prize of $25,000. Food Network described it by saying,“Throughout the ten-episode competition, the young bakers must create the latest dessert trends and most popular sweets in difficult challenges with a school twist. From picture day portrait cakes to blondies that celebrate the most popular recess game, hopscotch, and to cafeteria lunch dessert imposters, they must showcase their baking knowledge by making the most delicious and visually-stunning treats imaginable.” The rules remain the same; each episode consists of a new challenge every week for the young bakers, and they are judged based on presentation, creativity, flavor, and how well they exceeded the challenge. At the end of each episode one baker will be eliminated from the competition and leave empty handed. Only one baker will win the grand prize at the very end. Who will it be?
